Performance analysis of CMOS based analog circuit design with PVR variation

Process, supply voltage, and temperature (PVT) are three important factors which contribute to performance variation of the complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) based analog circuits. In this paper, CMOS circuit design with PVT effects explored. The on circuits introduced. optimization such as differential amplifier (DA) two-stage operational (op amp) variations different algorithms cockoo search (CS), particle swam (PSO), hybrid CSPSO, evaluation (DE) is presented. Each algorithm implemented using C programming language, interfaced Ngspice simulator, tested Intel®core™ i5, 2.40 GHz processor 8 GB internal RAM Ubuntu operating system (OS). result shows affects circuit.
